Chipolo, the company behind devices similar to AirTags, unveiled their latest product on Monday. Unlike previous models that only worked with either Apple or Google’s lost-item finding technology, the new Chipolo POP devices now support both companies’ networks from the get-go. This move aims to simplify the decision-making process for consumers, making it a great option for gifts as well.
The Chipolo devices, along with Tile, Pebblebee, and Samsung, are part of the few companies producing AirTag-like trackers. Unlike Tile, Chipolo chose to collaborate with Apple and Google’s existing finding networks, rather than creating its own network through a mobile app installation.

Chipolo has sold over 4.5 million devices to date. With the launch of the Chipolo ONE Spot and the Chipolo Card Spot, which are compatible with Apple’s “Find My” feature, the company has experienced a 30% average annual growth. The new Chipolo POP retains popular features from its predecessors, such as finding your phone by double-pressing on the trackers, changing the ringtone, and using the tracker as a remote shutter for selfies.
The new Chipolo POP also boasts an extended Bluetooth range of 300 feet (90 meters) and a user-replaceable battery that lasts up to one year.
These devices are available in blue, black, green, red, white, and yellow, priced at $29 on Chipolo’s website and Amazon.
