He revealed that after discussions with Snap about acquiring Gas, the social media company booted Gas off the SnapKit developer platform.
In a screenshot of an email obtained by TechCrunch, Snap informed developers that Gas was utilizing URL attachments for friend recommendations without the sender’s explicit intention, which Snap believed violated its policy and mimicked Snap’s functionality.
