Apple’s transition from Lightning to USB-C in compliance with EU regulations has finally reached its desktop accessories. The Magic Mouse, Magic Keyboard, and Magic Trackpad were among the last to make the switch, but Apple has now released USB-C versions of these products. Prices remain unchanged, with the Magic Keyboard with Touch ID and numeric keypad costing $199, the Magic Trackpad $149, and the Magic Mouse $99.

All three accessories are offered in both black and white colors, with color-matched options available for the new iMac. While the iMac won’t be shipping until November 8, the accessories are already available for purchase and immediate shipping. Despite the port change, the devices themselves remain relatively unchanged, including the controversial decision to place the port on the bottom of the Magic Mouse.
This release is just the beginning of Apple’s announcement week, which is expected to include the introduction of a new Mac Mini rumored to be similar in size to the Apple TV. Stay tuned for more updates and new releases from Apple in the coming days.
