Uber’s playing hardball requesting a trial by jury but they’re keeping mum on the damages they’re aiming for in the lawsuit. Ouch, shots fired!

In a sassy post on their website, DoorDash called out Uber’s lawsuit as a shady move to dodge real competition from a rival feeling a bit sore. Uber kicked off this legal showdown back in February alleging that DoorDash a big player in the U.S. The courtroom showdown is set for July 11 in a California Superior Court in San Francisco County. They’re all about fair play and want to make sure that merchants get the best deal. They are firing back, claiming Uber’s allegations are baseless. Uber is accusing the food delivery giant of playing dirty by strong-arming restaurant owners into exclusive deals, thus hindering fair competition.

But DoorDash is not taking this lying down, folks
